I tend to notice that I don't often write journals on here, which for me is fine. I would rather spend my time on here editing photos, looking at others art, or sending comments to friends.

But I wanted to take a moment to feature not only some works of art that I think are truly great, but some of my friends who have really been a huge help to me and have given me support in their various ways.

So I would like to thank you all, once again, for the support. And thank you all for coming to my page, looking at my art, and reading my journal. Now I would kindly ask you to take a moment and check out these fellow artists, because they have some amazing photos to share with you as well.

I would also like to point out that this in no way is meant to imply that these are the only great artists on here. My favorites folder is full of great pieces from great artists. These are just a few that I either really enjoy, or from those who have really been a great help to me, and I want to thank them and pay it forward.

From oldninja, an artist I just discovered, but one who takes amazing portraits. Very breathtaking.



From grigr, who simply amazes me with his use of color and B&W artistic nudes.

From foureyes, who I recently added to my watch after realizing a large majority of my favorited photos were from him.





And now of course to my dear friends. These next 4 artists have really been a help to me. They have constantly given me feedback, shown support and appreciation, and really made me realize what a great tool this site is for upcoming artists. Please take a moment to check out their full galleries. These are great people with great photos, and they deserve some awesome awareness.



Tim LaSure: He has been a friend of mine for not all that long, but he has always given me such positive comments and feedback and really made me feel proud of some of my work. And if there was an award for capturing the fall, Tim would win it hands down. The Autumn was invented so Tim could shoot it from his home in West Virginia. He has yet to take a fall photo that has not taken my breath away.




danUK86: He has also shown me a lot of support, and has always been willing to share feedback. He takes gorgeous landscapes, and always amazes me with his photos of the hillsides near his home.




Bluefishrun: She has been such a great supporter since I found her on TheSunsetProject. She constantly gives feedback, and really truly makes me feel great about my art. Her gallery is full of every type of photography, as she does not limit herself to one style. Please check it out and show her some support. She has become a pretty good friend of mine, and I partly have her to thank for my premium membership.




And last but certainly not least, Lori77: She was one of the first friends I met on here. I got to talking to her, and she proved to be an invaluable help. She not only always offers feedback, but she also is not afraid to tell you what she thinks. She gives constructive criticism all the time, and always shoots for honesty. She also looks for the same. She wants to grow, and so do I. With her help, I feel I have in some ways. She always makes you think of something you may not have when looking at your photo. And when I traveled to Slovenia, her home country, she was very helpful in giving me great places to see and shoot. If not for her, I would not have traveled to Bled and Vintgar and taken the amazing photos there that I did. I can't thank her enough, and if you want a friend who will truly give you feedback in her honest way, then please go add her.




And of course I would like to thank TheSunsetProject [link] for giving me the chance to take some amazing photos of sunsets, and be rewarded with a membership. Please check out their page: there is a sunset contest going on right now, and the more people that join the better. It's amazing to see the sunset from all around the world.
